As part of a major new development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in Feltham, A2E Services were asked by the Electrical & Mechanical services contractor to install commercial air conditioning in the sales centre.
The teams first visit was to get the indoor units mounted and run the interconnecting pipework and cables to outside. The site was in the early stages of construction at this point so power and lighting were limited but with battery operated tools the team were able to get the job done.
On the second visit the team finished the installation of the indoor units, fitted the programmable wall mounted controller and installed the outdoor unit. With limited space available outside the condenser unit was mounted on wall brackets above the proposed ground level and the pipework was concealed in trunking which creates a clean look and keeps it safe from damage.
An air conditioning service and maintenance plan provided with the installation will ensure the equipment is working efficiently and once the development has been sold the units can be removed and relocated to another site.
